Because of a friend’s recommendation regarding the Fournier’s and how great they were for the selling of his home, I called up Kirk to discuss our situation. My Dad’s house needed to be sold as he couldn’t look after it anymore. Kirk promptly responded and the next day we all gathered to see the house and figure out the logistics of selling the place. I have to admit that with the current market, and supply being what it is; I thought that my grandmother could sell the house by plopping a For Sale sign on the lawn.  Initially after meeting with the team I honestly didn’t like their strategy nor did I agree with their price point at all!!!  After coming to the realization that I am not a real estate agent and as smart as I think I am, I do not know the business I let the team implement their strategy. They staged the old place and made it look amazing. The pictures were fantastic!  They put up with our internal family drama and they delivered. The house was listed and sold in a very short period of time and I cannot say enough great things about these people. They know their business, they provide wise counsel and they will get your house sold. Let them do their thing. Very grateful!
