We first engaged Kirk to help us find a rental unit prior to moving to Oakville on a trial basis from NL in Sept of 2024. Our daughter had used Kirk and Wilma’s services to purchase her first house in Oakville and used them again several years later to sell her existing property and locate and purchase a more suitable home as her family grew; so they came highly recommended. Kirk’s knowledge of the rental market was superb and helped us find a townhouse that checked all the boxes. In the spring of 2025 we were convinced that we wanted to live in Oakville permanently and again engaged Kirk and the Fournier team to find a unit that suited our budget and lifestyle as we settle into retirement. Again Kirk and Wilma’s vast knowledge of the area’s housing market were exceptional in finding the near perfect location and unit for us. Once again, Kirk’s knowledge of the rental market and regulations in Oakville was instrumental in helping us negotiate an early close to our rental lease to everyone’s satisfaction and a seamless transition into our new Condo.
