Kirk Fournier at Sutton Group Quantum Realty leased our rental in Oakville this fall. He listed it on September 3 and within four days we had accepted an offer from two well-qualified tenants. We live out of town and couldn't be there for any of it, so Kirk handled the showings, the offer, the conditions and the lease, all signed through Docusign, and everything was in place for an October 1 start. We'd use Kirk again and recommend him to any landlord in the area.
