What most impressed us about Kirk was his knowledge of the market and his relentless pursuit to achieve the greatest success for our sale. Kirk is incredibly professional, but also approachable. We called him multiple times with questions, which he not only answered, but we also never felt rushed. He spent time explaining the process to us and his approach to the sale. Selling a home can be very tiring and frustrating, yet Kirk took much of the work off of our shoulders. This included (but was not limited to) outfitting our home with smart home technology and staging our home with a beautiful design. We have used Kirk twice in the selling of our home and have sold over asking both times. Kirk is a wonderful person and extremely brilliant at what he does.
