Incredible customer service for both selling and buying; listens to customer wants & needs and remembers them and can provide rational for showing properties against them.  Amazing knowledge of available properties and in matching relevant listings to my needs and can point out how other features would be a bonus or potential issue to individual needs and can explain differences.  Very professional in appearance and demeanor while still being friendly and comfortable to be with.
