Kirk went above and beyond my expectations. I was constantly kept up to date with how things were going and next steps. He was always prompt to answer all of my questions and all options were always thoroughly explained. Needless to say there were no surprises. Because of his hard work, my property sold quickly, and for more than I was hoping for. I couldn't imagine ever trying to sell a property without Kirk.
