When I started working with Kirk the first things that struck me was his vast knowledge and measured patience. Over the course of a three week period we visited over thirty properties that spanned between Burlington and East Toronto. He helped me through every facet of the purchase – from mortgage brokers to lawyers and home inspectors. As a first time home buyer this was an invaluable education period for me. As we visited every property Kirk would patiently walk me through the pros and cons of every home. Whenever I would get overly excited about a location Kirk was always careful to point out any investments or renovations with a wealth of knowledge on costs and logistics. I never felt any pressure from Kirk. When I finally found my dream property Kirk helped me mobilize quickly to secure the home for well below asking price. The entire team surrounds themselves with a wide array of experts who aren’t afraid to voice their thoughts and opinions with the clear goal of making this the optimal purchase for the buyer. A notable thing that sticks out in my mind is the home inspection period where Kirk ended up being more knowledgeable than a seasoned inspector (who obviously knew his stuff as well). Kirk was gracious and never mentioned it. After finishing the process it’s clear to me why Kirk and his team does such a high volume. He understands that a positive buying experience means a client for life. Can’t say enough good things about Kirk and his team, I’ll make sure my family and friends use him so they are protected as well.
