Kirk and the Fournier family team were excellent. We sold at the top of our expected range in a buyer’s market. The staging work that Charlie Fournier did was outstanding and the open houses hosted by Wilma and Kirk led to our sale. Kirk was very clear up front what the pricing strategy was so we felt we were in good hands. Kirk and Wilma also gave us great advice on what upgrades we should ideally make in a weak market to improve our chances of selling at our target price and date. For the upgrades we decided to pursue they were able to provide us with trade recommendations. I would have no hesitation recommending the Fournier team to anyone selling their home - 5 stars!
