Kirk takes the time to understand his clients. We felt he knew us better than we knew ourselves. One of the many choices that we initially discredited at first, was added for us to view and ended up being our new dream home. We had a lot of questions and Kirk took the time to answer them all. We cannot thank him enough... and as a result, we cannot recommend him enough. 10/10
