Kirk was great at listening to what we wanted and showed us all the properties we requested no mater how far the distance. He walked us through what to look for and valued the home so we could make an informed bid. So much so that we paid under asking for the property (even though to us it was worth much more) and when a few issues were found at the home inspection he was able to further negotiate in order to have them worked into the agreement so the seller would fix them. All this was done in less than one week from when we first viewed the home and fell in love with it. He knows the market and how to get buyers the best price so they don't overbid yet they still get what they want! He saved us over $20,000.
