What an extraordinary team!  This is our second time working with the Fournier family and once again, they completely exceeded our expectations on both buying and selling in this wild market.  We’re still revelling in how perfectly everything went.  The long and short: we LOVE them, all of them, every last one of them. We decided on a game plan to buy our new home first and sell our existing home immediately following, which under any normal circumstance would be incredibly stressful, let alone during a pandemic with an energetic two-year old and an almost-ready-to-pop pregnant wife!    Wilma and Kirk guided us through the entire buying process and also provided us with some incredibly valuable advice on measures we could take to get the most for our house.  Holly staged our home beautifully and Guy played the role of Handyman Extraordinaire to perfection.  As a result of this amazing family’s dedication and hard work, we found the perfect place for our growing family in the exact neighbourhood we wanted AND we sold our existing home within a week for well-over asking!  We’re blown away.
