Krista was engaged to sell my mothers home after the passing of my father. As you can imagine this was a very difficult and sensitive time for my mom and family, as my mom had been married to my dad for over 50 years and had live in this home for quite some time. Krista was more than professional, she was sensitive to the situation, helpful at all turns with what was needed to sell the home in addition to going above and beyond with helping my mom with coordination and logistics. We were always made to feel as we were on the top of her priority list. She was extremely knowledgeable and provide fantastic guidence in preparing the home for sale, the logistics and timing of completion. In addition to selling the family home, she was also abl to secure a new condo for my mom to live in. The timing was closings and possession was perfect. To top all of this off, she has established a fantastic professional network of buyers, sellers and high proforming Realtor contacts while having an polished and effective digital marketing platform! I would not hesitate to recommond her to anyone. In fact we are planning on downsizing in 2024 and Krista will be handling the sale of our home as well
