At one point, I asked her what would happen if we rejected the current offer. She responded with firm confidence, assuring us, “I will definitely get this house sold for you.” When it came down to the final negotiation, we were on the verge of accepting the buyer’s last offer, but she didn’t give up. Instead, she pushed further and secured a price increase beyond what we had imagined, sealing the deal! This meant so much to us, especially since that extra amount was negligible compared to the commission she earned. She fought for our interests right up to the very last minute. We feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen her and are deeply grateful to Krista and her team. If fate ever brings us back to this beautiful city one day, she will undoubtedly be our only choice for future real estate needs.
