I dont think Krista is top 1% realtor. She is 0.0000000000000000001% top realtor. I cannot describe her with all the words but i am trying now here. She is competent, punctional, capable, professional, smart, prompt, outstanding, exceptional, kind, hardworking, respectful and considerate. She doesnt think her making money. She thinks and protect other people's money and asset. She also extends her help all the way which is not even her work. (She was my seller agent but worried abour me and she actively helped me for my presale condo completion, contacting developer multiple times even she was not the agent for presale condo. Her work is very detailed, organized, and very impressive from the start to the end. I highly recommend her. I actually want to hog her but decided to be nice to other people.....TT I am a big fan of her.
