Krista was incredible as a realtor and we are so grateful for her work with us. We was with another realtor and it just wasnt working out. We had months of noone showing up to our showings and open houses and it was a tough sales market. When we switched to Krista it was like night and day with literally dozens of people showing up to our open houses. She was very professional, personal, encouraging and most importantly well connected. The trust she has built in the community leads to a ton of people coming through to properties she puts out and it makes all the difference when you are selling a place. She knows the Tri cities market really well and that made a huge difference. Shes very ethical and even shared her commision with the realtor we fired even though she didnt have to and worked like it made no difference. Truly a master at her craft and an inspiration to see someone operate at this level in her profession.
