Back in June 2025, we were moving from the Yukon to BC for work, and we were completely clueless as first-time buyers in a new city. After searching online, we found Krista. From our very first email, she responded quickly, set up a meeting within days, and gave us the time and space to explain everything we needed. From there, it became a great working relationship. We did several viewings, and what we appreciated most was how honest Krista was. She did not just point out the good, she also showed us the bad. She taught us what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to approach the whole process. These were super valuable lessons that we will never forget. Even when work took me away for a few months, Krista and her team were patient and kept sending us listings, giving suggestions, and even offering to do virtual tours. By December, I was back in BC, and with everything we had learned, we found the perfect place. Krista guided us step by step through the offer and next steps. We are now happy homeowners thanks to Krista and her entire team. We are honestly forever grateful and would 100 percent use them again. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
