My husband and I have gone through the purchase process with Krista before when we purchased our first home and he provided his comments then. We came back 3 years later when circumstances changed and we looked to sell the place we had bought for a new one. Krista demonstrated her amazingness and care yet again. We are honestly blessed to have her not just as a guide but for the small attention to detail. Her reputation puts her in good stead when dealing with other realtors. Her ability to communicate to us expectations and potential outcomes meant that we were always well informed and to understand how to achieve our goals. She gets the big picture. She understands our goals. She asks the questions such that she knows our wants... and then she puts a plan in place to help us get there. And, we did. The nature of the purchase and sale meant that things got exceptionally busy in short order and she was there and dedicated to do what was necessary to get it across the lines. Many may say that her actions are expected but the simplicity in which she makes a difficult process is a skill and we are happy to have gone through the process with her again.
