Network: I cannot speak enough about the relationships Krista has with Burke Mountain players. In my case, I bought a presale home, so Krista's relationship with the developers was crucial. Release times are staggered, buyers are numerous, the whole process is a fast paced, high stakes maze. If I had walked in there alone, I would have been on the outside looking in. Instead, Krista was my voice at the table, in constant communication with multiple developers, keeping properties available for me until my family and I decided on one. I secured a great property that was incredibly highly contested in a dizzying market. I attribute that to having Krista's flawless representation. I won't be using any other agents for property buying/selling.
