We contacted Krista based on the reviews she had on the internet and she proved why she got those reviews with every facet of our time on the market. Krista got caught with a unique dynamic of one person who felt like they knew everything (and probably didn't) and another who admittedly knew little. One that responded on emotion and the other that was over-zealously rational. And, she managed everything beautifully. She made sure we were always informed. She was constantly looking for places, attending and arranging showings, explaining the process as we were in to bidding... a reliable, sage, and capable voice through an important process. We are forever thankful for her efforts and VERY happy with her from beginning to end.
