I really can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service I received from Krista. When Krista and I began working together I was hesitant as my experience with my previous realtor was not positive and my situation also made me a challenging client; I am out of province (a 2 hour time difference) and also a shift worker with a unpredictable schedule. Krista dealt with these issues seamlessly; she was available at all times, she took the initiative to make me aware of listings if my schedule didn’t allow me to keep up on them, she worked with my mortgage broker and lawyers and she walked me through every step in purchasing process. Krista viewed properties on my behalf, sending me videos and narration until we found something that worked for me. She even continued to keep contact with me after my possession date to ensure everything was satisfactory. I will most certainly work with Krista again.
