Extremely responsive. Second, even in this tumultuous market Laura provides a sense of calm, help stay grounded, and focus on our needs. Third, she is approachable and speaks our language. There is no specific realty terminology, and if she does, she explains it all in a manner that is easily understood. Laura also provides advice that is realistic. Everytime we meet, I always feel like we're old friends and just feel welcomed. Laura and Laney fight for you. She helped get the best deal we could imagine for oue sale and stuck her neck out for us. We offered and competed four times, doing pre-inspections and reviewing documents in advance, and still losing out. She still did not give up and helped us finalize a deal. There is no doubt that I'll be recommending Laura to anyone looking for a realtor. Worth every penny.
