She did not disappoint! She was patient and understanding of the added complexity of finding a property for an out-of-town client. Beyond this, she demonstrated a fabulous understanding of the local market and developed a quick understanding of what I was looking for. As we moved into the actual purchasing process, she was fabulous at promptly answering my (many) questions and giving technical guidance.
