We expected buying and selling a house to be stressful, but we didn't expect the added stress of doing it in the middle of a pandemic! I'm so glad we had Laura on our side, guiding us through the whole process. Laura was an open and honest communicator with us throughout the process, and gave us solid advice that focused on our interests and not just on making a quick sale to get her commission. She was exceptionally responsive to anything we had to say, and set up showings for us on a moment's notice. We initially listed our place at the beginning of March, and when showings began to feel unsafe due to the pandemic, she was the first to suggest taking our place off the market to wait it out. She was super accommodating, and when we did relist in May, we felt comfortable with the precautions she put in place.
