She was very helpful and informative, giving us all the information we needed to make decisions along the way. At the same time she was clear about what the role should be for all parties and helped make the process of purchasing our first home as easy as it could have been. Overall we worked with her for nearly a year - making offers, doing inspections, negotiating, and juggling everyone's schedules to make it all possible. She's not exactly gentle, but we weren't asking her to run a daycare. She was exactly the person we needed in our corner as our buying agent - knowledgeable, experienced, ferocious, trustworthy, and committed. She knew exactly to whom and when she needed to be amiable or hard-nosed and played both roles very well. Overall it was a great experience working with her and we were able to find the perfect home for us.
