Laura was extremely patient and thorough in her answers to our many questions about buying our first home. She was incredibly responsive, often replying to emails/texts within minutes, even outside of business hours! We really appreciated her willingness to share her honest opinions about each aspect of a property. She helped us to understand in detail the pros and cons of all our decisions throughout the process without making them for us. When information about a property was incomplete, she worked hard on our behalf to acquire it. She was able to secure private viewings for us quickly on any property we wanted, sometimes even within the same day! She also accommodated our regular working schedules -- viewings in the evenings and on weekends were not an issue. Moreover, she thoroughly reviewed the strata documents for several properties we were considering and her expertise in that area really helped us dodge a few bullets. And finally, her diligence in analyzing the physical characteristics and value of a property was unmatched. We got reports about where properties stood relative to the MLS HPI and similar properties sold in the past and currently listed. She believes in fully informing her clients so much that she paid for our inspection! Overall, our experience with Laura surpassed all expectations!
