Laura's knowledge of the condo market in Victoria is absolutely unparalleled. I bought my condo through Laura in 2018 and didn't even consider calling anyone else when it came time to sell. The fact that I was able to sell less than 12 months after buying without taking a loss speaks to Laura's ability to give really solid advice that results in a solid investment. I subsequently had to buy property in another province and lamented every second that Laura couldn't act as my realtor there too. I can't recommend her highly enough - she is incredibly efficient, patient, and brings a depth of knowledge that most realtors just can't provide. She seems to know every detail of every condo building in the entire city and is able to make sure you only buy into a building of good value. I also felt that she negotiated hard for me when I eventually sold my unit.
