Finding a home in Victoria, while currently living out of province, could have been a very difficult experience. We worked with other realtors before contacting Laura - mostly due to her high ratings on this site. Our first meeting with Laura showed us clearly what a thorough, knowledgeable and honest realtor we had selected. Laura takes her job very seriously and shows, in every interaction, that her client's needs are top priority. She is very straight forward and will let you know when she sees something in a house that may be concerning. She does this despite the fact that bringing up these issues may affect her ability to close the deal. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about different areas in Victoria and has a huge list of resources that she makes available to her clients. So helpful for buyers who are new to the area! Since we were out of province, Laura handled all the coordination for our inspections and was extremely responsive during the entire process (despite the deal closing over the holidays!). We have a lot of respect for Laura and her approach to business. She is diligent, available and just an overall great person. She is completely on your side throughout the entire process.
