Laura answered all of our questions quickly and when at first, we didn't get the house we wanted, she told us a better house was coming. And she was right! On the next house we were the only bidders and we asked if we should bid the asking price, and she said, "Definitely not, you bid less." She knew her stuff and we will absolutely work with her again when we buy another house.
