Our home sold in 48 hours. It was properly priced, and Lisa staged it to look like a show home. Lisa goes above & beyond. She comes armed with loads of market info and comparisons, and then offers suggestions on things to do, and NOT to do, to prepare your home for sale. She also staged our home, adding pictures, knick knacks, bedding etc. We almost didn't want to move after she'd spent a couple of hours adding her beautiful touches to our home. I should also say she is a LOVELY human, and she made the selling process so painless. She has sold two houses for us now, and she is the only realtor we will ever use. I cannot say enough good things about her!
