Lisabelle received a warning after our case went to NBREA. She coerced us into putting $15000 as a deposit and herself and the vendor refused to pay it back after asking us to rent the property until we get the final approval from the bank.Justice was done because she got a warning after our case went to NBREA.However we were asked to go to civil court because the amount is more than 3000. I have bought other properties but non of the agents asked for such a big amount of money as a deposit for a 300k house. She played it so well since we were in Ontario and were looking to buy a home in New Brunswick. I would be hesitant to trust her as anyone’s representative still.
