Lisabelle received a warning after our case went to NBREA. She coerced us into putting $15000 as a deposit and herself and the vendor refused to pay it back after asking us to rent the property until we get the final approval from the bank.Justice was done because she got a warning after our case went to NBREA.However we were asked to go to civil court because the amount is more than 3000. I have bought other properties but non of the agents asked for such a big amount of money as a deposit for a 300k house. She played it so well since we were in Ontario and were looking to buy a home in New Brunswick. I would be hesitant to trust her as anyone’s representative still. - Lennah Kuria
Lisabelle and the home owner took our deposit of $15000. We have been struggling for a year to get our deposit back after she promised us that if the bank doesn’t close we would get it back. We had unending amendments and she was determined to make sure we lost our hard earned money. The case is still ongoing to claim our deposit back. NBREA dealt with it but we are yet to get it back. We have tried to reach out to her and the people concerned in vain. I would hesitate to have her as a buyer - Lennah Kuria

Once a buyer and seller sign a purchase agreement and all conditions are met, the contract becomes legally binding for both parties. Backing out of the deal can lead to serious legal consequences, including forfeiting the deposit.
Lisabelle was an absolute delight to work with. She is hard working, looked up anything I asked of her and respected our time, needs and budget. She went above and beyond and helped us land our new home. I have nothing but good things to say about her and brag her outright to anyone in the market. She is a gem! - Jastine

Addresses & Edit Address
How do addresses work?
Addresses determine your ranking in each city or neighbourhood.
You only get to rank in a city or neighbourhood that you have a rating in.
Why do I need to edit addresses?
Occasionally clients will leave you a rating with the wrong address, or with the neighbourhood missing. To correct such problems and present your track record more accurately, we give you the ability to edit the address for all your ratings.
Will addresses be displayed on the rating?
No, ratings will only display the neighbourhood and city of each rating. We do store the street address associated with each rating. This data is kept private and may be used to verify transactions.
