Lisabelle and the home owner took our deposit of $15000. We have been struggling for a year to get our deposit back after she promised us that if the bank doesn’t close we would get it back. We had unending amendments and she was determined to make sure we lost our hard earned money. The case is still ongoing to claim our deposit back. NBREA dealt with it but we are yet to get it back. We have tried to reach out to her and the people concerned in vain. I would hesitate to have her as a buyer - Lennah Kuria

Lisabelle received a warning after our case went to NBREA. She coerced us into putting $15000 as a deposit and herself and the vendor refused to pay it back after asking us to rent the property until we get the final approval from the bank.Justice was done because she got a warning after our case went to NBREA.However we were asked to go to civil court because the amount is more than 3000. I have bought other properties but non of the agents asked for such a big amount of money as a deposit for a 300k house. She played it so well since we were in Ontario and were looking to buy a home in New Brunswick. I would be hesitant to trust her as anyone’s representative still. - Lennah Kuria
