Lori-Anne was fabulous. She really made me feel comfortable, helped me understand the buying process, and was very willing to be flexible since my schedule was very tight. She always got back to me quickly, and was able to help me view a lot of properties in a short time during my brief stay in Victoria while visiting from another province.
