I was nervous and unsure about even knowing how to go about selling my old house. Lorin came in and I just knew I was in good hands. She answered all my questions, gave me incredible advice and floored me with her positive energy, her knowledge, and her kindness. My house is built in 1910, an old railroad house in Point Douglas, and the pictures Lorin took of my house are beautiful . Lorin told me she would sell my house in two weeks, and in less than two weeks she phoned me to say I had an offer that was more than the asking price. Even after the papers were signed Lorin was still helping me. This was such a good experience, and I would recommend Lorin to the whole world if i could.
