October is the season in the tropics for hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. We experienced it all with Lorin but in the most positive way. She was nicknamed a "bullet" by my husband. The speed and efficiency with which she handled our sale and the confidence she instilled in us was phenomenal. Even in our prime, we were not able to maneuver our house the way she did. She was up, down and on the floor getting the best shots for pictures. She was here before the sun rose to wait for the perfect lighting for the best exterior pictures. She kept us in the loop in real time as things were happening and went way above and beyond what I have ever seen a real estate agent do. I come from a background of real estate and property management, and she is a force to reckon with. Very very impressed with Lorin and cannot thank her enough for everything she did to assist us. I will definitely be recommending her to lots of our friends and family who are also baby boomers and looking to downsize.
