We have known Ned as both a buyer and now a seller. He has a very strong work ethic put a great effort into making you knowledgable and helping you proceed with the pre-sale and various options for showing. unfortunately, some delays beyond our control caused the market change which made sales in our region much tougher. Ned stayed on this project and worked it like a dog on a bone. In our mind, he’s the Top Dog real estate agent in this area. He’s also a long time resident of this area. He’s a good honest man and a great agent. We highly recommend him.
