Start off by saying "Good guy. Tries hard." But needs a lot of polishing in his professional communication and presentation. Every email I ever got from the guy appeared to come from my teenage daughter (who BTW knows how to better punctuate and spell. He's very personable but has a very, very big ego and thinks everyone likes him. Those thoughts make him narrow minded and of the opinion he's the best.
