On possession day, Lorri disappeared and I had to go pick up keys myself.

Reply: Everyone is entitled to their opinions which I completely respect. This comment however I am replying to as I have never, ever disappeared and left a client to get keys on their own, therefore this cannot be a client of mine. This is 100% defamation of character.
