We were lead to believe our house will go thru so we bought another home..we now have 2 homes and NO help from Lucais. He was away during all of the problems we had with the buyers. NEVER use him..he worked with an agent from Toronto saying what a great and honest guy he was. Legal fees have piled and continues.
