Lucais’s team was Very helpful with staging advice. Recommended neutral colours, decluttering, and landscaping updates. Video he provided was excellent and highlighted the pristine lake. We were lead to believe our house will go thru so we bought another home..we now have 2 homes and NO help from Lucais. He was away during all of the problems we had with the buyers. NEVER use him..he worked with an agent from Toronto saying what a great and honest guy he was. Legal fees have piled and continues. - June Dinan

Lucais Shepherd represented a buyer and an offer was made on our property. The next contact from Mr Shpherd was not a sign back but a demand to have his commission increased from the offered 2% to 2.5%. The property was shown to his clients a second time but still no sign back, just more demands to have his commission increased! We never did get an offer from his clients but we sold to the next people who made us an offer. He has been reported to RECO over this matter. DO NOT USE HIM! - Karen

Lucais represented the other party in my transaction and I found him very difficult to deal with. However, after all of the back and forth offers, I managed to get a final purchase price that was the same as my very first offer. Not very good for his client, but great for me. I don't recommend Lucais to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Pretty much the worst agent ever. Completely obsessed with obtaining his commission and willing to harm productive negotiations between the seller and buyer. Almost made the deal fall apart for his client in the process. Unskilled unprofessional, I could go on, but I don't need the aggravation.

BUYER/SELLER Beware. I dealt with this agent and have never been so surprised on an individual's unprofessional, manipulative and emotional actions in a deal that has so much money on the line. This realtor did not act in our best interests and was only interested in a commission at the end of the day. Completely incompetent in any strategic negotiations as well contractual wording. I would urge anyone using Lucais or thinking of Lucais to get a 2nd opinion.
