Lucais Shepherd represented a buyer and an offer was made on our property. The next contact from Mr Shpherd was not a sign back but a demand to have his commission increased from the offered 2% to 2.5%. The property was shown to his clients a second time but still no sign back, just more demands to have his commission increased! We never did get an offer from his clients but we sold to the next people who made us an offer. He has been reported to RECO over this matter. DO NOT USE HIM!
