Lucie did an excellent job at preparing us for a stressful experience as this was our first time selling a home. It was easy to tell that she is very experienced in her field and helped us deal with the whole process. She really showed her knowledge in her dealings when it came time to negotiate with the buyer's realtors. We feel that Lucie helped us get a higher price than our asking price because of the advice that she provided and the time that she spent helping us get the house ready for the showings. The photographer that she hired did an excellent job and helped sell the house. We will definitely recommend Lucie to other people.
