Lucie, & her husband Jacques, were a pleasure to deal with and netted us (my ex & I - divorce selling), considerably more from Lucie's suggestions on fix-ups to the house. My Ex made the process particularly difficult by threatening Court over and over again and trying to sell the house 'as is'. Odd? Lucie calmed her down & focused her on the task at hand. I managed to do most suggestions, proposed by Lucie.... it beautified the house considerably... decluttering, painting, upgrading floors, landscaping, painting garage & front door, decora switches & plugs, repairing walls & moulding, etc, etc. Staging highlighted the upgrades & presented the house so well to buyers. Many showed up to see it from pictures & marketing. I'm still trying to collect from Ex, for reno's, but she seems content to take the Extra $200,000 that the upgrades enabled us to collect. My Ex will never say it ... but 'THANK YOU, LUCIE' for the patience with this sale, the expertise in upgrading the house, in marketing & positioning the house so well. It all paid off despite Ex trying to derail it multiple times. Great job. Lucie's experience was so evident & so valuable.
