Lyle was unprofessional in his approach, and deceitful. When we decided not to use him for buying a new home, he became disgruntled. The highest offer he brought in was 30% lower than the appraised value. The highest bidders were his clients, house flipping brothers. We took the house off the market and waited out his contract. He harassed us until that time. We have since been offered well over the appraised value. Recently we have learned that Lyle has quickly left Royal LePage, has been investigated by OREA and is now being sued by them.
