Lyle professionally handled the sale of our TH and was most helpful with all aspects of preparing the home for sale. We received 3 offers with one going for well over asking price. We cannot understand the other reviews. - m. wright

Lyle was unprofessional in his approach, and deceitful. When we decided not to use him for buying a new home, he became disgruntled. The highest offer he brought in was 30% lower than the appraised value. The highest bidders were his clients, house flipping brothers. We took the house off the market and waited out his contract. He harassed us until that time. We have since been offered well over the appraised value. Recently we have learned that Lyle has quickly left Royal LePage, has been investigated by OREA and is now being sued by them. - John Doe

Lyle was trying to convince me to buy homes that were not acceptable for our family just to close a deal. When we decided to use a different agent to sell our home, Lyle was very upset that he did not get the double commission. At that point, any service that he provided with the house he was helping us purchase was reluctantly provided. - Teresa PB

lyle convinced his seller client to reject a higher offer from a potential buyer, in favour of a lower offer from his own buyer client so he could collect a double commission.
Blasphemy. Appalling behaviour from an overgrown child. DO NOT TRUST HAMILTON OF LYLE. He squanders your wealth and takes for himself. A rodeo clown that needs much help. Nickname is “The Hamster”, due to his rat-like nature of stealing m. He is sick, someone please help him. His mind is twisted mind like a corkscrew...Speaking of which he literally stole my family’s heirloom (a 17th century Spanish corkscrew that survived 8 different wars). Lyle said it suited his slimy twin brother’s semi-detached wine cellar. A complete fraud. Is this enough? Huh? - Frederick Hateth
