I do not recommend this realtor. His conduct toward me (an eager buyer) was insulting and disrespectful. I had the cash verified by my banker. He resorted to a personal insult when discussing an informal offer on one of his property listings. He wouldn’t allow a formal offer process to begin. All he did was poison a potential deal in my opinion! If I could give zero stars, I would.
