i called Malcolm Clark of Avista Realty in Thunder Bay Ontario and was asking about a 216 acre piece of land on Oliver Lake for 169000 and when i asked about the road way into property Malcolm got very impatient and told me to F&*^ Off and hung up after a few questions asked. If you read his writeup under his name is says"MY GOAL IS TO LEAD YOU TO THE BEST POSSIBLE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE". i don't think F^&% OFF is the best experience. He must have not been knowledgeable on that kind of deal or experienced at all to speak to a person that wants to give them money.Does he think he is that good that he can be that way I then called the owner of the realty company Rajni Agerwall and told her what her partner just did. i admit i was still worked up over Malcolms uncalled for F%^& Off but i was polite to Rajni but she did not seem to care about the conduct of her partner. I feel sorry for the owner of the 216 acre property for sale for 169000 on the north side of Oliver Lake. With a realtor like that the property would never sell Word to the owner.YOU SHOULD DROP THEM FAST and call me - Joel
I do not recommend this realtor. His conduct toward me (an eager buyer) was insulting and disrespectful. I had the cash verified by my banker. He resorted to a personal insult when discussing an informal offer on one of his property listings. He wouldn’t allow a formal offer process to begin. All he did was poison a potential deal in my opinion! If I could give zero stars, I would. - Lee Ann
