Marc is the best! He is always available to talk with whether it is through text, email or a phone call. He always gets back to you in a prompt and timely manner. He calls it as he sees it and personally I really appreciated that, no sugar coating. He's hard working and does a ton of work, marketing your house when its on the market in order for your house to get lots of exposure. He absolutely nailed the time and price on when our house should go to market this spring. Marc is also patient and takes his time on explaining everything, that is happening along the process of selling your home. I would recommend Marc to any one looking for an agent!
