He arrived at each showing with a printout of each property, but also included other pertinent details that are not otherwise included in a standard MLS listing. He guided us through each property with a clear intent to SHOW it to us, not SELL it to us - so he very candidly pointed out all of the features: good, bad, indifferent. Marc was also the perfect balance of aggressive and diplomatic when it came to working on our behalf - both leading into the sale, during the back-and-forth exchanges, and even well beyond the close of the sale when there were still a few items that needed to be sorted out.
