Marc was patient with us as buyers. We were waiting for a house that suited our unique needs and we were particularly attached to one neighbourhood. We never felt pressured to purchase a home and felt he was honest in his feedback regarding properties we visited. We were out of town when the house we wanted came on the market - he was quick to get us in to view the property upon our return. After we completed the purchase, we got to work on selling our house. Fortunately, our house sold quickly with multiple offers which was really the best outcome. He also had recommendations for lawyers, inspectors, mortgage brokers etc. which was nice to not have to hunt for these on our own.
