I would recommend Marc as a professional and honest agent. Marc was always available. Days, nights, weekends. Unless he was helping other clients, or with his family, he was available to see houses, or promptly respond to texts/emails. He also was very helpful when seeing a house. He would point out both positive, and more importantly, the negative details about the property. We learned many things on these walkthroughs. It was a long process finding the right house but Marc didn't pressure us. The algorithm that promoted potential houses was helpful, but I had hoped for more leads before they hit the market. But to be fair, our requirements were very restrictive so maybe that's unrealistic. When we did find our house, it was a whirlwind, and Marc helped make it proceed smoothly. At our request, he recommended contacts that provided quality work and delivered on short deadlines. He also sold our house and voluntarily offered a discount, because we had bought with him. I appreciated that we didn't have to negotiate, or haggle. Marc was always a straight shooter with us. The sale went much faster. Marc provide valuable analysis, research, and recommendations but always made it clear, that all decisions were ours. As soon as we contacted him to list our house, he immediately lined up the photographer and got our home listed, in record time. The next weekend, he hosted a well attended open house.
